 This Privacy Policy applies to the Cloudo Unlimited Cloud Storage mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for Android devices, developed and maintained by Rishabh Gupta (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use “AS IS.”

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information strictly necessary to provide its core functionality.

a) Personal Information Collected

  • Phone Number

    • Used to create a unique user identifier

    • Used for OTP verification via Telegram

    • Not shared publicly or used for marketing

b) User Files

  • The Application does not store user files on its own servers

  • All files (photos, videos, documents, audio, or other file types) are stored securely on Telegram servers

  • The Application only stores Telegram file IDs/references to manage and retrieve files

  • The Service Provider cannot view, access, or read user files

c) Information NOT Collected

The Application does not collect:

  • Device information (IP address, model, OS)

  • App usage analytics

  • Location data (precise or approximate)

  • Contacts, call logs, or SMS data

  • Advertising identifiers

2. File Storage & Security

  • User files are stored and encrypted by Telegram

  • The Service Provider does not host or process file contents

  • End-to-end encryption and security practices are handled by Telegram according to their privacy standards

3. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

  • Telegram

    • Account verification (OTP)

    • Secure cloud file storage

  • Firebase Realtime Database

    • Stores minimal app-related data (such as user identifiers and file references)

    • No analytics or tracking services are enabled

These third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

4. Permissions Used

The Application may request the following permissions:

  • Storage / Media Access – to allow users to select files for upload

  • Internet Access – to communicate with Telegram servers

  • Notifications – to inform users about important app-related events

No unnecessary or intrusive permissions are requested.

5. Advertising & Monetization

  • The Application does not display ads

  • The Application is completely free

  • No in-app purchases or subscriptions are currently offered

6. Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or rent user data.

Data may only be shared:

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • When required to operate core functionality through Telegram or Firebase

7. Data Retention & Deletion

  • User data is retained only while the Application is in use

  • If you wish to delete your data, you may contact the Service Provider at the email address below

  • Upon request, associated user data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not specifically targeted at children under the age of 13, but it may be used by anyone.

  • The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13

  • If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such data will be deleted immediately

The Service Provider is committed to protecting user information and relies on:

  • Secure communication protocols

  • Telegram’s encryption and storage mechanisms

  • Restricted internal access to stored identifiers
